Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of PrizeZoneNZ.com (the “Service”), operated by PrizeZoneNZ Limited (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1) Social casino / no real-money gambling

• The Service offers simulated casino-style gameplay for entertainment only.
• No real-money gambling: you cannot wager New Zealand dollars (or any currency) to play.
• No prizes of real-world value are offered or awardable through gameplay.
• Virtual coins, credits, and items are digital, have no cash value, are not property, and are not redeemable or exchangeable for money or real-world value.

2) Eligibility (New Zealand only)

You may use the Service only if you are located in New Zealand and are at least the legal gambling age in New Zealand (21+). You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful.

3) Accounts & security

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your login details secure and notify us of unauthorised access.
• One account per person unless we approve otherwise; you must not sell, transfer, or share accounts.

4) Prohibited conduct

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, automation/bots, reverse engineering, or interfering with the Service.
• Harassment, unlawful content, or activity that violates others’ rights.
• Attempting to obtain virtual items outside intended gameplay, including via chargebacks or fraud.

5) Purchases (if offered)

We may offer optional in-app purchases of virtual items. Purchases are for entertainment and do not provide cash value or real-world prizes. All sales are final except where New Zealand law requires otherwise (including applicable consumer rights). We do not guarantee continuous availability of any virtual item.

6) Intellectual property

The Service, software, artwork, text, logos, and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms.

7) Availability, disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss of profits. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law.

8) Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, engaged in fraud/cheating, or to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your licence ends and virtual items may be forfeited without compensation.

9) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10) Disputes & governing law

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve issues. These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
